The utility room accessed via a recessed sliding door, houses an energy conserving washing machine, broom closet and storage cupboards and drawers. The brass lined drinks cabinet features built-in LED lighting while the oak-topped island disguises a Manchester-specific 4-part recycling bin. Highly efficient Siemens and Samsung appliances include: steam oven, fan oven, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher and induction hob.
