This company comes through. Excellent design to maximize closet space. This company was the third one we looked at. The installers were very prompt and professional. They cleaned up completely. The price was extremely reasonable.

We came across Tom's ad in one of the mailers we receive every quarter or so and since we have been wanting to create a home office with the addition of a Murphy bed, what we saw on the ad sparked our curiosity. We made an appointment with Tom and he came to the house. We shared our vision with him, he advised us on the best use of the space and provided a quote. We had already contacted another company and their quote was higher and did not have all the added features Tom was offering. We were impressed by the fact that Tom and his wife run their own company while raising a young family. We looked at the many positive references on line and felt really good about trusting him with the job. Best choice we ever made! Tom was extremely accommodating with the installation dates and we appreciated how well he communicated with us throughout the entire project. His workmanship is absolutely impeccable! His attention to detail is impressive. The furniture looks fantastic and the mattress inside the Murphy bed is a pillow top full size mattress not one of those cheap foam mattresses found inside fold out couches. Perfect measurements = perfect fit walk-to-wall. All was delivered exactly the way we designed it together and installed in a brief time. The LED lights under the cabinet make it really nice and comfortable on our eyes when we do computer work. We highly recommend the Closet Monkey and we will definitely hire them again if we ever have the need to do another facelift to a different part of our home. I first heard about The Closet Monkey on a local facebook group page. They came highly recommended. After meeting with Tom and Kseniya and hiring them to do 13 closets in our new home, I would not recommend anyone else. We used a competitor for our old home, and the experience did not compare. They came in and measured all of our closets and by the time we sat down at their office, Kseniya had already designed amazing closets for us. A little bit of tweaking (very little as she had an amazing idea of what would work), and we were set to go. We closed on our house just prior to Christmas and explained that we couldn't move in until the closets were done so there was an urgency there. We even chose the ones that needed to get done first. They scheduled us to begin the day we closed, and they were waiting outside to begin as soon as the walkthrough with the builder was done. I have never seen anyone work so hard to get a job done. They knew that we really wanted to unpack, so rather than completing the closets over several days, they worked late into the evening to get all 13 closets done within 2 days since they were closing for the Christmas holiday. AMAZING! Most wonderful experience, with the kindest business owners I've ever dealt with. I cannot recommend them enough. I just wish I had more closets for them to do.

The owner's wife did the design after taking all of our input. Her design was far better at meeting our needs than other designs I had received. The design phase was extremely professional, and met our needs so well (including the incredible price) that we cancelled other pending estimates. A 3D rendering of the proposed final product was provided that allows you to better visualize the design and what your final result will be. The installation crew was exceptional and professional, doing things (e.g. spackling and painting holes from the demo phase) that other companies refused to do. The installation (Master Bedroom Walk in, pantry, and laundry room) was done in about 6 hours and the areas were cleaned up and all refuse was removed. The finished product immensely increased our storage and useable storage space by at least a full third or more. The product was professionally installed doing installation items that other companies do not do. A day or so after installation we realized that we need one more shelf in the MBR walk in, and they gladly provided it at no additional cost. My final cost was at least 45% less than any of my other estimates with the same quality materials and a great overall experience. I would highly recommend you give them a chance to design and build your storage needs, you'll save a lot of money and be totally satisfied with the installation and the final product. This is a first class company.

I recently had a custom built-in done by The Closet Monkey and everything from the first contact to the consultation to the installation was seamless and top notch. Ksenyia and Tom were personable, professional and accessible for any questions. The design was perfect for what we needed, and it was completed timely and flawlessly for a reasonable price. We could not be home during the installation so we left a key, and the unit was built by the time we arrived, and there was absolutely no mess. We get so many compliments and refer anyone we can. We will definitely use them again, and would recommend them highly.

We were very pleased and they were attentive to our needs. Kseniya came to our house to measure, she was awesome. We told her exactly what we wanted, and she went above our expectations by offering different solutions that we didn't think of, which really helped us on making decisions! She made every effort possible to make our dream closets come true, as well as the built-in on our loft upstairs. There was great communication from the design stage all the way to completion. They were great with providing closet design options and walking through the logic of the closet design to help you decide what design options work for your needs.
