We are property investors who have just reached the the final stages of a major refurb of a flat and were preparing it as short term rental accommodaton. We needed ideas for presentation and it had to be done quickly. Olivia visited the property on Friday and worked out a plan. We received a quote and discussed aspects with her on Saturday. Satisfied that she would deliver we engaged Olivia to stage the property deciding on a scheme for each room and providing various pieces of furniture too. I am a property investor who was looking for someone to dress a house I had recently redeveloped. After engaging with quite a few different companies I had Olivia recommended to me. Olivia, being a property investor herself, understood my requirements, didn't try to up sell overly extravagant dressings and was fully aware of the concepts cost effectiveness and fit for purpose. Olivia worked quickly to get the house ready for photographs and actually stayed in the house till 2am just to make sure that everything was done to the schedule I had set (sorry Olivia!). Other, low cost companies came close to her prices until they added vat or delivery costs from Cambridge or further afield. One last thing I would like to add is that, her terms of business are also very flexible and she was very amicable to adding a few extra clauses including discounted rental after a certain time and a clause where I could purchase the furniture should any prospective vendor request this. All in, a very professional, flexible, reasonably priced service which I have no doubt assisted me in achieving the unexpectedly high sale price for my property.
