It was impressive how we could come up with innovative solutions that we could agree on, and still make the house very livable and still beautiful. Every time I'm in my yard I see people stopping just to look at my home. Brad worked on an hourly basis and did not nickle and dime me, so the cost was quite reasonable. My interior designer ended up costing me more than his architect services. He also worked well with my contractor, surveyor and the authorities in Clearwater.
