“When we were ready to undertake our complete demolish and rebuild home renovation in Leichhardt, in Sydney's inner west, Jessica Matson was the obvious choice for us. I had been referred to Jessica by a business colleague, and prior to our house Jessica had already designed the new fit out of our recording studio/television production facility. Coming from a technical/construction background in heavy industry myself, I had very strong ideas on what we wanted to achieve with our build. Yvonne has been there from the start, dealing with a very difficult council, then in the Land and Environment court and on site as required.
