“We have utilized the services of Vaughn Scott on a previous occasion as well with excellent results. He worked with us to create a beautiful 5000SQFT home that encompassed all of our needs. Vaughn was very easy to work with and provided some expert opinions that we considered very valuable. We recently sought out his expertise again to do a major renovation to a small bungalow. A small addition to the front and creating a very desirable roof line from the typical 1955 sloped roof. He was very attentive to our requests as well as the structural design components such as an en-suite, large front entrance and an open concept main floor. Vaugh accomplished this by utilizing existing walls and flush beams to really open up the smaller space. His pre-inspection of the home was accurate and proved very valuable in the design we were after. His attention to what the clients needs is complemented by his personal experience to produce a very high end product.”

“Building a custom house can be a daunting, almost overwhelming task for someone not familiar with the business. Kevin was able to walk me through the entire process and answer all my questions. He was very thorough in finding out exactly what I wanted in a house and it reflected in his design. He was able to come up with a design well ahead of schedule that hit all the bulletpoints and had no problems securing the development permits. Kevin is a professional who is very good at his job. Working with Kevin was a smooth experience and I would recommend him to anyone seeking to design a custom home.”
