“Mr Clark was recommended to us by our Builder when we decided that we wanted a large extension built. After meeting with Mr Clark we were happy to employ him as our Architect for our project. He is clearly an experienced Architect and provided us with suggestions and ideas throughout the process of having the plans drawn up. Mr Clark is very approachable and listened very carefully to what we wanted to have included in our extension. He was able to put our thoughts and ideas into the drawings which made us feel part of the process. Any issues with the drawings were very quickly and professionally dealt with by Mr Clark. We were also very grateful to him for overseeing the administration side with the Planning Department and working closely with our Builder and Structural Engineer. He contacted us regularly to give us updates on the drawings and the planning process. The boys love their new separate “rooms” and the whole thing is designed so it can easily be dismantled and moved without damage to either walls or floor. This was to be a challenging project for both ourselves and D.A as the design would have to meet strict planning criteria and a high build specification. We are delighted to report that after much hard work, focused attention to detail and a close collaboration with D.A Architect, we have achieved full planning at first attempt.
