“We have worked with Mike Rust on a number of projects and he is really the only one that we would have design a housing project or addition for us. Our styles mesh which also makes it easy to work with him. Mike designed our FLW house and it is unbelievably pleasing to the eye both inside and out. He was able to position our house on the lot in such a way that we have maximum views which another architect might ignore by focusing only on the house. He is now designing a FLW courtyard to adjoin the FLW house he designed for us. We are a huge Mike Rust Architect fan! Mike has intimate knowledge on the designs of FLW and I am sure other organic architects, so I would recommend him highly.”

“Without getting prior approval from my HOA, I tore out a wall inside my home to open up the space. When the HOA discovered it, they pressed unrealistic charges saying that I had damaged the architectural integrity of my home, which would bring property values down. (I had a licensed contractor do the work and knew that wasn't the case.) I contacted Lloyd to assist with drawing up a set of plans to show the before and after of the renovations. He did a great job in a timely manner and the city inspectors passed the changes as NOT having caused any damage. The drawings by Rappleye & Associates were key in winning my case against the HOA.”

“All of the work was done in a timely fashion. Whole house remodel finished in eleven weeks. Craftsmanship is just beautiful. All of the workers and the project manager were polite, respectful,and easy to communicate with. Phone calls and e mails were answered within the day. We are very pleased with the project.”
