“We worked with Echelon Builders to design and build a three-story addition (including full basement) to our 1914 home. It was important to us that the new construction took advantage of newer technologies (in-floor radiant heat, high velocity air conditioning, etc.), while also keeping true to the original style and flow of the house, and offer a footprint that comfortably fit the dimenions of our city lot without sacrificing our yard. From roughing out the original sketches with us at our kitchen table, to negotiating the budget, to the final touches of construction, Echelon did a fantastic job. They had great ideas and input on how to best meet our many expectations, and showed great flexibility (and patience) in working with us to explore options and make adjustments during the project. We have been thrilled with the results, and have confidently and happily recommended Echelon many times over. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.”

“2nd time building with NIH, and would do it again without a second thought! Their communication is fantastic. NIH listened carefully to our needs and wants and met them all! The whole team works together making the process easy, seamless, and honestly it's a ton of fun! NIH's designer works with you for every selection and most of the time she thought of every question before I even had a chance...she is extremely organized and stayed on top of everything! We've had many friends build with other builders who sadly don't have fun, and are definitely very stressed. We chose to build with NIH for the second time, because we knew that they made the process easy, the quality is top notch, and even the follow-up and care for the customer after the fact is way above the competition! We would highly recommend NIH to any one who wanted to build!”

“Everyone at Infinity has been amazing and truly have made our first time building a awesome experience. Their teamwork is awesome, every time we met all team members were present and had great input and feedback. Our banker told us it is the most detailed breakdown of pricing and budget he has ever seen. Everyone we run into from contractors, bankers and customers that have worked with Steve Legatt and infinity homes have had nothing but compliments and high praise for the quality work they do and their attention to detail. We are very impressed so far in our building process and would highly reccommend Steve and his awesome team at Infinity homes!!!”
