“We would, once again, like to thank you for the wonderful job you and your crew did on our new deck and sunroom. With your expertise and insight, our thought of a "screened in porch" turned out to be a "room addition" that more than exceeded our wildest dream! The quality of the workmanshp was more than professional, the attention to detail was outstanding, and the entire crew could not have been more professional, courteous, and friendly. They were always diligent about cleaning up after each day/phase of the job. Your willingness and ability to go above and beyond to get the job done to our expectations was greatly appreciated. All the details, such as getting the logs and the color of the siding to match our house, and going to great lengths to get our slate floor to be beautiful were not overlooked. We would, without reservation, highly recommend you and your crew to anyone wanting quality workmanship projects done in their home. Thank you again. It was a pleasure doing business with you.”

“Jeremy Hensley has been our contractor, advisor and the person we call for any problem, emergency or long-term need for repair, that arises in our home. Our first encounter with him three year ago is when he was the contractor for a major house project, a new driveway and terrace. His work and advice, willingness to answer each question or tackle unexpected problems was beyond our expectations and hopes. We worked with him on this project for over three months and other problems and projects that crept up on us at that time. Since then, we have called on him repeatedly and found that whatever the problem, he was right over to inspect and offer a variety of choices and options for fixing a problem. The people he has hired for us, if the job, a new roof and exterior trim painting of our home for instance, is beyond his ability do himself, have been the best in their field. There is no job too small or too big for Jeremy to handle. Also, and importantly, Jeremy is a thoughtful, considerable respectful and patient man, a pleasure to work. We have learned to rely totally on his advise, his expertize and his honesty. We trust his advise and respect his knowledge on each of the many problems, repairs, new projects we have hired him to do.”

“I had called several contractors to come out review my job and provide an estimate. Many never called back or came and didn’t follow up with a quote. Houzz sent a lead to Cody/Little Home Repair. He came out at the agreed upon time. Looked at the project and confidently stated he could do the job. He explained what he anticipated and showed me where the water was gaining entrance. He followed up with the quote exactly as promised. He explained that once they got into the wall the quote could change but didn’t think it would be significant. We agreed on price and the work began. I was throughly impressed with his team. They all worked great together. They put up barriers to keep dust to a minimum. Every evening they cleaned up. They laid down carpet protectors wherever they would be walking. Because there was damage to a weight bearing seal plate, he suggested contacting a structural engineer. We took his advice and the engineer provided additional expertise to the project. Project is finished and I am very pleased with the results.”

“The Handy Home guys were fantastic. They did a total remodel of our kitchen and it looks like a brand new house. We love their professionalism as well as their easy going adaptability. They did great work. They're very clean, very respectful and their quality of craftsmanship was excellent. “We worked with Alan Gerbus to build our home last year. He was incredible to work with. Start to finish he was very detail oriented. From design to production he consistently made sure that what we were doing lived up to our design goals. His subcontractors universally loved him and raved about how great he was. You always hear stories about building a custom home and how you need to be on top of your general contractor. We found that anything we noticed during the build, not only had Alan already seen it, but he usually had already taken steps to correct the issue. Quality was key for him. He didn't think the footers were deep enough so he ripped them out and had them re-poured. The first sub doing our stone work was not doing a good job so he fired them and got someone new and he made them redo the work already done. During design phase, several times he contacted us as he did not feel the design was what we were looking for and he worked and tweaked things to get it where it needed to be. We could not have asked for a better builder or better build experience!”

“If you are looking for an honest, reliable contractor Aaron is your guy! Artisan Contractor replaced siding on our house with Hardie board & baton trim. Aaron & crew did excellent work! Aaron was very communicative during the entire process. If Aaron ran into an unforeseen issue he let me know and we discussed how to proceed. I also appreciated that they cleaned up at the end of each day and did a through clean when the job was completed. They did not cut any corners. 5 stars out of 5 stars for Artisan Contractor!”

“Tom and Mike worked on 3 projects for me. 1. Basement laundry: removed old concrete laundry sink, moved plumbing and installed new laundry sink. 2. Kitchen: Installed wall mount microwave, added trim around cabinets, installed baseboard, and finished off new drywall to get it paint ready. 3. Bathroom remodel: Gutted shower, added insulation, 2 wall niches and subway tile; replaced bathroom floor with marble hex tile; subway tile on wall and moved an electrical outlet. Looks fabulous! So much brighter! Didn't need to get references since Tom had previously done many construction projects at my workplace and a number of my coworkers have used him for projects at their homes.”

“We called them to re-point the mortar in our brick chimney and re-seal the flashing. It was leaking into our garage when it rained. They used a grinder to remove mortar and used the correct tools to push the mortar into the bricks and to re-seal the flashing.”
