“The Archambault Construction team and all their subcontractors were of the highest caliber. They were meticullous in every detail and brought the job in right on time and under budget. They treated my house and my time with the utmost respect. This was a complete kitchen demo and rebuild and surprisingly it was an enjoyable experience, thanks to Archambault Construction.”

“I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. The most important part is that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris was very responsive and very transparent. They did a fabulous job on both of my properties. “Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”

The construction process was managed efficiently and the work was carried out professionally. If Wagner had a question about the intent of the drawings he always called to discuss. On top of Wagner's great management style, close communication and can-do attitude, his team kept the construction site immaculate at the end of the day. “Repaired a number of issues with the exterior of our house including rotted sofet and replaced the asphalt roof on our porch with a rubber roof (the roof was done by a sub I believe). The work was done int he time expected time frame and looks good. Workers were friendly and kept the work area's clean.”

“Andrey changed my ugly back yard into a beautiful deck and fence. I looked far and wide for a contractor to do this work. I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done. Andrey listened to my ideas about how I wanted it built, and he worked with me to make it happen. I am in Boston so getting the permits to start the job was a huge effort. Andrey was great working with the city to get the permits. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.”

“I would like to highly recommend Alpha Smart Builders and specially Deliandro Cruz, We work with Deliandro for the last 5 years, first he helped us renovate our house, few years later build a new kitchen and turn our "old" house to a modern amazing place. He is very reliable, professional and a person you can count on for the long run. He will always be available and creative and try to solve and suggest price appropriate options that can fit your budget. We renovate our kitchen and chose some very tricky non obvious arrangement, Deliandro worked with us closely never give up and the results are amazing!!”
