“Nik, Harley and the team did a superb job, totally living up to their Permitshop name on a major overhaul and extension of our 104 year old arts and crafts home. Even more noteworthy is that they had to put up with me an architect living offshore, demanding the impossible from afar and with no current knowledge of the current NZ planning regs or building code. Their calm, talent and professional approach is so reassuring and the work was done on time and they always delivered even with constant difficult neighbour issues to deal with!”

“We highly recommend MAXIMARC LIMITED to anyone looking for architectural services. After working with Cameron on several successful alteration projects, the opportunity arose for us to work together on a new build in Wellington. Tremendous architecture is the result which matches the brief perfectly, While the site is difficult the archectural framing of both hillside and harbour views is ideal. Furthermore, the arresting arrangement of materials and textures is admired by neighbours and passers by alike (as well as ourselves) and belies the reasonable construction cost. We are very happy clients.”
