Ken Wells is meticulous and quick to respond. He is detailed and on time. When there was an issue with a sub-contractor, he responded immediately and remedied the problem. I never heard one excuse. He is always available... week day nights and weekends. Always answered calls and texts within minutes! When my oven did not arrive in time, even though it wasn't his fault, he gave us a mini Viking oven to hold us over until ours arrived. Who does that?! His right hand man, Jason is the same. Dependable. Professional. Quality work...and fairly priced. It just does'nt get any better. Hire Artisan and you will be happy you did. BTW. I am in no way related to Artisan.
