“4B Wood manufactured a custom kitchen for us. Dan personally came out to measure my kitchen. We wanted a custom kitchen because we were not satisfied with the quality of product that the "box" stores offered. Dan was helpful in selecting cabinet options and was very professional. He even made several design suggestions/changes that we appreciate everyday. The product was professionally delivered to our home. What really separates this company is how they dealt with the minor issues we had (due to our walls being out of kilter). They resolved the problems so quickly (changed the dimensions of our lazy-susan in 3 hours, reworked one of our base cabinets in 1 day to accommodate our new microwave dimensions, and custom cut the wood valance above the sink the same day). that I can hardly even remember what the problems were. They went over and above helping us get a high quality product for our kitchen remodel. The finish is awesome and the workmanship is phenomenal! I would recommend 4B Wood (and I have) to anyone looking for a new kitchen. They also supplied us with cabinet bases for our familyroom built-ins. They were very well made. We happened to be local to 4B Wood, so Dan was able to help us himself with this project. We could not have been happier with their service and quality.”

“I was converting a spare bedroom into a huge closet. So I contacted this company. I believe her name was Christine, came and measured and assisted me with what I needed to be accomplished. A few weeks later two men led by Tony, I think , came and did the installation. They were very good. After they were gone I discovered a minor hiccup. I didn’t have access to an electrical outlet. I called and the owner said he had an easy fix and would bring the necessary fixes. They sent out another man the next morning. When he arrived and saw what needed to be done he tells me he’ll do the cutouts but I needed to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and buy some kind of adapter. I explained to him that his boss said he would have that and install that. In so many words he insinuating I was lying. I told him to get out of my house. He very rudely then left. I called the owner again and explained what had just happened. He was not happy. That afternoon Tony returned with the proper materials. Fixed the hiccups. He was very courteous and did a great job. I highly recommend this company as long as you don’t get the tall older rude man. Ask for Tony to be your installer. I’d give a five star if I didn’t have to deal with that one employee.”
