“I have a few rooms and spaces in my home that could only be described as......a situation. My home office had so much stuff on the floor that I could barely walk in it. The thought of clearing it out caused me so much anxiety, and I felt like I was in over my head. I couldn't stay focused, and there was just too much to do.
