Bak Brothers provided the most detailed quote and walked through every step of the project including providing an architect for the dormer. The quote fit with our budget with the project and when we asked them to do a few extra things we immediately had an updated contract. Everything went well and the home looks fantastic. They did a very good job on my house, I am more than satisfied 200% with the result! Greg the owner is very professional. He is very knowledgeable and well rounded. I reached out to him in Spring for a consultation and from the many people who inspected the property, I was impressed that he knew exactly had to be done. He was straight forward and no bullshit, very sincere about helping you out. I never felt pressured with any sales pitches nor unnecessary charges. Pricing wise, his was very reasonable compared to my the other quotes I received. He was also very easy to reach when you need anything, and came each day to check on the progress of the work. Gmart's siding guy Chris is the best! I am impressed with his craftsmanship, he is a perfectionist! I watched him work and I must say he would check every section multiple times making sure that he does it right, installs properly, even checking if things are done evenly and if there were any gaps or sections where there could be air leak (windows and doors). I've seen other siding jobs where they would have a big crew and do sloppy work. Gmart was not like that, they have attention to detail and do clean work.”
