We were able to bounce ideas back and forth with him and felt confident that we covered all possible elements of the project. Michael was also easy to approach with any concerns that arose during the project and was able to quickly dispel any of those concerns. Michael is very knowledgeable about the industry in which he works. He is also very committed to upholding his industry's standards. Rather than trying to take shortcuts or hide shoddy craftsmanship, he was very forthcoming with what the current standards are and was committed to providing at least that level of service. Michael is also very creative in that he is knowledgeable enough to know many ways to tackle a job. Our particular project came with some difficulties. There were several ways our issues could have been dealt with and my husband and I felt that Michael truly agonized over which method would produce the best possible outcome for our set of circumstances. I cannot recommend highly enough the services of Michael Bourg--"Tile Man Mike." Our project was a great success, looks fabulous and is finally a functional piece of our home. We came away from the project with, not only a great finished product, but with friends that I will always be happy to recommend for a job.”
