While I had made several other estimate appointments, the reviews were so good for World Class that I decided to request an estimate from them too. Once Dustin made the estimate visit, I knew they were the best choice for me. The estimate appointment was done with email and scheduled in a timely manner – I loved this. Dustin was professional and helped me make the right selection for my windows. His product knowledge was impressive and I felt confident with his counsel. My install was today - Dustin and Jose installed the window coverings in no time and vacuumed up after their work was complete. The most amazing thing was that Dustin washed his hands before installing the window coverings. I purchased white sheer shading for two windows and he wanted to ensure that he didn’t get them dirty. I’ve had lots of workers and contractors at the house and that attention to detail is rare… Melisa and Dustin’s communication is outstanding. I was kept informed at all times – I did not need to follow up with them, they were pro-active with me. They are both extremely respectful and this is appreciated. Bottom line is that I am absolutely thrilled with my new window coverings. They exceed my expectations and give the two rooms a soft feel. I will do business with Dustin and Melisa again and would also highly recommend World Class Window Coverings.”

“I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. I appreciated his professionalism and would consider them again when we get our budget in order.”

“I first hired Doreen from Windows and Beyond about 20 years ago when my kids were just babies. She did a wonderful job with our starter home which had very tall windows. Doreen managed to do a combination of drapery panels and Hunter Douglas products that made our home very cozy. She also made the kids room very vibrant. We didn't need to update anything when we sold our home. Doreen's approach really stuck with me because she took the time to think through our needs. I used Doreen again when we moved to our second home. The kids were older then so we did a formal living room but kept the rest of the house contemporary. Again when we sold our house the second time, it showed very well largely due to the window treatments. Of course I used Doreen again for our last move. This time I went with Doreen's recommendation to use motorization. I thought only my husband would appreciate the remote but I love it too. “I purchased a Livingsocial voucher for Rebarts Interiors. Initially we had planned for the window treatments in our guest room. After a personal consultation however, Bart advised us to pursue the kitchen/dining window since it's much larger in scale and located in a more common area. Although the price was higher than anticipated with the voucher, I am pleased with the decision and the result. The production work is well done and we are happy with the personalized service. The only drawback is that Bart had promised to complete our guest room window gratis, however that promise was never fulfilled. We are overall pleased with the service, but disappointed that we were not able to see the other window treatment that was promised.”

Erez Miller came to our house, measured, gave us some design advice, and showed us multiple options. His prices were surprisingly reasonable. The job was completed before we moved in, and everything was perfectly done--and our house was left spotless too. We are delighted with the shutters and the blinds. They fit perfectly and are quite attractive. Erez is a wonderful person to work with as well. He was fun to talk to, and working with clients is something he clearly enjoys. He called me after we moved in, just to make sure we were happy with the job (and to congratulate us on our move to Sebastopol). My only regret is that we don't have any more windows to cover! I found Miller Windows by accident, but what a happy accident it was! I recommend Miller Windows highly.”

“I took my blinds to Dart for a string that was broken. I dropped them off at 8 a.m. and they were ready by 10 a.m. I had just purchased a house. The blinds probably had never been cleaned. Dart referred me to his brother Chris who cleans blinds. Chris came to our house one evening, removed all 14 sets of blinds in various sizes. Returned them all 2 days later nice & clean and installed them. Both brothers were very easy to deal with. Both were very courteous & punctual.”
