“I haven't had to clutch my pearls, grit my teeth, or even feel overwhelmed since House of Q's Designer/contracting/James Sutherland initially set foot on my 2 acre 1946 Farmhouse Style cottage. Very few see what I see but no one except this Craftsman has been able to actually design it and build it. His keen sense of feng shui, combined with his island flavor, topped with his classic taste of richness and quality in his choices of materials, speaks volumes! House of Q gave life to my Farmhouse Vision!”

“McMillan Landscaping installed multiple retaining walls on the job site and created multiple rain-gardens. It was difficult finding services with the same level of expertise with the new storm water retention guidelines and felt comfortable with the rain-gardens. The price and quality of work are both very difficult to beat. Martin and his crew were forced to work within very constricting lots and very particular neighbors and got the work done without complaints and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their work.”

“My experience with this group, Zach and his teams was and continues to be great. We used them for this projects and more recently again for a smaller scale project. They are easy to work with, responsive, their work is founded on great ethics, they are focused on building a relationship with you, understanding every detail (even down to the most specific or minute) and do whatever is necessary to deliver and meet (or exceed) your expectations. They went above in beyond (coming out as ear;y as 7am or staying as late as 8pm to ensure they would hit their project milestones or respond to a new request/task I added in. They were able to work around our calendar and delivered a finished project on time and on budget. They are competitively priced as I had the scope of this project estimated across a few other contractors as well. Zach and his team came highly recommended to us through a close friend. I am very happy with their serve and what they were able to deliver for us. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do any outdoor work - both on a small or larger scale. They guarantee their work and have checked in multiple times to ensure that everything with the project was still good - even if is meant replacing a few bushes that "didn't take" at no additional cost. They deliver and are a top notch group to work with.”

“David replaced an old flagstone patio with a new granite one and did a wonderful job. He was super easy to work with and planned the project in detail before he began. When the project was finished he cleaned everything up and left it better than it had been. I highly recommend this company!”

“Our family has know Chris for over 10 years. Chris is our go-to guy for great work. He does our weekly yard work and our more difficult outdoor work. He just finished adding onto our existing deck and it looks amazing. What I am most impressed by is the attention to detail. He made adjustments to the existing deck to make sure it was safe for our family. We already use it multiple times per day.”
