Quality - he really cares about the work and commits to it. You can see from start to finish. And he was there majority of the time doing the work alongside his crew. There was a moment after the pavers were installed where I was nervous about my design decision but he said "trust the process" and I was glad I did because the backyard came out really wonderfully.
