We consulted 3 other companies, but when we met Lucy we decided to go with Advanced Pavers because she actually listened to what we wanted and created a designed as we pictured. Throughout the entire process Lucy and the owner, Edgar, were very responsive and at end of the project our patio was just like we dreamed. They made the enire process effortless. “Majestic Builders/Robert Terry did a complete and total Remodel of my backyard including, New Pool, New Plumbing, High Tech Lighting and custom Water Feature, New Deck and Fire Pit, New Electrical, Beautiful Modern Patio Structure, Landscaping.. the works. We couldn't be happier with our new backyard. All of our guests tell us that it feels like they are in a resort. Robert and his company were professional, prompt, communicative and most importantly on time and on budget. We will continue to use this contractor as long as there are jobs to get done. “Jim and his crew installed a beautiful 20' long water feature on my backyard hillside. Put a lot of thought into it....and it cam out great. Makes my formerly static backyard come alive with sound, motion....and birds (they love to come wash in the shallow rock pool that feeds into the downhill rush). Also installed a flagstone patio, small lawn, a fieldstone rock wall, drainage, drip and many new plants. The final result is beautiful. Jim is very communicative and does what he says he's going to do. He will do what you ask. As you should with any contractor, be sure to tell him exactly what you want. He's not a mindreader. His crew is incredibly hard working. They hauled a ton of dirt and rock up to my backyard. All very nice guys. Overall, very impressed with Jim, his crew, and the job they did for me.”

“Lavish Gardens provided a complete landscape design for front and back yards. The design was excellent. It suited our lifestyle perfectly and provided some features that pushed the envelope. We were able to pick the elements that worked for us. We did most of the actual landscaping ourselves. It was incredible to have a complete vision when we started the installation. It is so much better this way instead of installing things in dribs and drabs. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process.”

Was a good size project and contract time ran a little over but very pleased with the installation and final results. Felt we definitely got what we paid for. A 5 star rating for the designer and contractor.”
