They were even able to program my existing light system into my Savant home control system. So far I haven't come across a problem with my home that they haven't been able to solve. Whether you're a new customer and just want a turnkey project and not be involved with all the details they can do that or if you're like me who has some technology abilities then they will work with the customer very closely and explain everything. “I needed a mesh wifi system system installed, ethernet connections run to pool equipment as well as an outdoor access point and a larger equipment panel installed. From the initial evaluation and estimate, Dave was very easy to work with. He did not talk to me like the novice IT person I am. His explanations were easy to understand, and his professionalism was on point. Upon commencing the work, he arrived on time and was dressed appropriately for the work to be done. As he ran into complications, he quickly advised me and we solved the issue together. Dave was not bothered by my looking over his shoulder. He was able to carry a conversation with me, while completing his tasks. He cleaned up along the way as well as a final vacuum at the end. Dave was thorough, conscientious and professional. “Installed a complete Savant system on our home. We went with an upgraded theater and the new outdoor sound system. Work was explained prior to installation and the education process was top notch. The only problem we had was Comcast. His technician must have spent 2 days getting those idiots at Comcast's to fix the problem we had with the fiber. The techs never complained about it, they said that this is they way Comcast treats all the AV guys. I completely understand. I have sent Savage to several of my friends that had other companies install systems in their homes. The problem they had was their AV company would not educate them how the system works. They just told them to go on line. Joe took the time and went to their home and went through the entire system. The best thing is he did it for free. You don't see that very often. Great company to work with.”
