“The blower motor on the furnace went out. They sent a technician within a couple of hours because the heat in the house was off. He quickly diagnosed the issue, found the part in town, retrieved the part and had it installed within a couple of hours. I have had no problems with the unit since then.”

“Owen responded to my (numerous) email questions promptly and with patience, and it was a holiday weekend! He came out to inspect my hvac situation and was able to offer me an alternative to traditional replacement that saved me lots of money and allowed my family to be comfortable. A few days later the tech showed up to do the installation & repair. I expected it to be a most of the day deal but he was in and out in no time. I was shocked at how quickly he finished. The area was clean and tidy when he left. When I am ready for a full system replacement, I will definitely call Town & Country”

“Excellent in all regards. Salesman was knowledgable, polite and professional. The installers were incredibly efficient, professional, thorough and very conscious of cleanliness. When they installed our new furnace they had drop clothes everywhere and every time they needed to be in the house they covered their shoes. A++++ they spent extra time and effort to find a way to install the ductless air and ended up in the attic on the hottest day of the year - always with a smile. Great job. Worth every penny.”

“Deborah was very sweet and helpful and caring on the phone. They called me back in a couple of hours and said the technician would be here in 30 min. Steve was actually early. Very cool. He even put on little booties so he would not dirty my carpet. Steve was very courteous and knowledgeable in fixing our problem. It was the inducing motor. I told him we would be seeing him in the spring for our a/c. He fixed it very fast and we will be sharing our business with Anthony Heating and Cooling.”
