He was courteous, wore shoe covers, took time to explain the work and generated a quote in a few minutes. The quality of work was outstanding, the best I have ever seen, and he took the time to explain all work and the new Moen hardware. The only thing preventing a 5-star is the price. I don't mind paying for convenience and quality but $1800 for 2 hours of work is excessive.”
