“Pari's level of customer service and professionalism was unparalled. She brought creativity and collaboration to the table. She personally came to my house to review the space and design of the house. She brought a selection of rugs directly to me, both ones that I selected in the store and some of her own suggestions. I ended up purchasing one rug that I never would have selected in the store! It was perfect for the space. I ended up purchasing 2 rugs from Pari, I love them both - they both fit the space, are welcoming, and I also consider them works of art. Pari was punctual, accommodating and cognizant of my budget.”

“My mom has her carpets cleaned routinely by this team. Wonderful company! She has wall-to-wall gray-Pearl carpets that they clean perfectly and they also cleaned and restored her precious oriental rug from Istanbul. The technicians are super-professional. Recently she needed help quickly, and they came through! Wonderful service and very accommodating and above all, KIND. Recommended highly!”
