Floor staff is always professional and helpful and they have educated me on the difference in rugs so that I can explain to a customer why one is better than another. I have also been invited to classes or lectures when a rug vendor wants to educate the public on their services. There floor installers are all great...my floors were done before the date they had assigned me and they are beautiful. I did grey tones in the wood floors I was installing and I trusted them enought to have the confindence to choose something a little different from the norm and I love my floors. I normally use Chris and she is great and all the installers are great guys. I liked that they are on salary not just contract labor. They have a stake in what is being sold or installed by Ruggs Benedict. When I chose Ruggs Benedict they were just a few hundred dollars more than the other two vendors I was compairing products with but I felt that they were the best and that decision proved to be the correct choice.”
