I called, Hector answered and was at our home the next day to provide us with a quote. He was warm, compassionate and professional. We scheduled our first install for the next week. “While I was visiting my family in Atlanta, we went to the mall for shopping. We went to the North Point Rugs. They have a very big selection of carpet s you can choose from, the staff was very nice and cooperative. They gave me a lot of information and suggestion as what is appropriate for the area of my house I was looking for. I was not left alone to decide and buy something that may not be suitable for my house. They even suggested if I don’t see something that I like, they can order something else. Overall the service and assistance they provided was excellent and the prices were reasonable as well. I will definitely go back to visit them next time I am in town.”
