“I requested a quote for new flooring for a new flat I recently bought from Shane. Initial consultation was professional, helpful and honest. He went out of his way to ensure was available to view the flat at a time that suited, bringing requested samples, and not only advising on flooring but other potential issues. He mentioned that the only issue could be that the floor needed levelling - but even if it did it would be done within my 3 day deadline. This transpired to be the case... And this is was completed in time with Joe staying until 7pm to do so. I am absolutely thrilled with the result, the floors look fantastic, at all stages I had the sense I was in really good hands. As a single female, I am somewhat sceptical of being 'taken for a ride' but at no point did I feel this with Shane and his team. A massive thank you for what is a totally brilliant job.”
