“Fantastic! They just completed doing vinyl in my office over a cement slab that had many cracks, lumps and irregularities. I couldn't believe how meticulous they were in grinding it flat, leveling it and making it silky smooth before they did the install. Fair pricing, courteous service and incredible care! And....they did it all on off hours so I wouldn't have to interrupt my business. :-) Cool! We are lucky to have them in town.”

“Working with Jermie Roberts of Custom Floors Design, Inc. was a breeze. I designed a very complicated custom carpet for a master bedroom of a 7000 SF home. Jermie was crucial in confirming the layout and suggesting ways in which the carpet can be shipped and delivered to his warehouse. He deftly dealt with the home owners and our company. It follows that his customer service is outstanding. Jermie's communications are clear and professional, and the installation, and as I indicate, ours was a very difficult one, was...outstanding! Great team and a great design partner.”

“We hired hired Horizon flooring a couple of years ago to install hardwood flooring in our dining room and were so pleased with the professionalism and timely matter of the job. We decided we wanted the same floor in our living room 2 years later and they were here promptly with the matching sample and two weeks later I had a beautiful living room floor!! I also had them do carpet on my stairs and hallway and I’m obsessed with that floor as well. Already have them ready for the bedrooms right after Christmas :) BEYOND pleased from start to finish!!”

“BFC installed a new floor in our kitchen last summer (2017) and did a wonderful job. They made a lovely pattern using 16x16 squares, which wasn't easy as our kitchen is large and has several sharp angles. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They knew what they were doing and had it done in a day. We couldn't imagine a better job being done.”
