“My husband and I hired Vertical Connection Carpet One to install hardwood floors on our entire first floor. We met with Adam, son of the owner, and he spent at least an hour with us discussing our flooring options. His expertise helped guide us into the right decision for the type of hardwood we should install. The gentleman that worked in our house were of the utmost of professionalism. They removed all of the old flooring, moved all of the furniture and then replaced it in each room. They even put the felt coasters on the bottom of all of the legs of the furniture so our new floors would not be scratched. Our hardwood floors are absolutely beautiful and have really improved the appearance of our first floor rooms. We couldn't be happier.”
