“Rock Solid installed a new front door and bay window for us. The window was a very difficult project but they worked the existing copper to avoid additional costs. This was our 4th large project with them and we would not trust anyone else. The work is high quality and professional. In the case of the door we relied on his experience to help with the choice.”

“We had Majic replace our windows. They had a couple of issues with the sizing of one window, but overall the experience was a good one. The windows are above all the rest in quality although they are pricey. You get what you pay for, right?”

“I had read good reviews for this company online, so it was the first company I contacted to get a quote to replace several windows in my house. I was very impressed with their salesman and the information he provided. I also obtained a quote from another company that is located within my county. Not only was I turned off by their sales person, the windows seemed to be of lower quality and the quote was higher. The installation people were great. They arrived in the morning on the day scheduled and it took them less than 4 hours to install and trim 11 windows. A big snowstorm was due to arrive that day. The snow started 1 hour into the installation, and they kept right on working. The house was enclosed within about 90 minutes and they spent the rest of the time insulating and doing the trim work. Fortunately they were able to head back to their shop before the snow got too deep. The installers also cleaned everything up. I should note that the installation people work directly for Tailor Made, they are not contractors, and have worked together for several years. I immediately noticed that my house was quieter and warmer. The windows are beautiful and I am totally satisfied.”
