He knew the product well, could describe what kind of wood they used, the process for building the doors, and timing on delivery. I almost felt like it was his own company vs. the competitor who seemed more like a sales guy who didn't really understand much detail about the product. The existing doors were only about one year old, but the installation had been so poorly executed that I decided to take them all out and start over. The new doors are solid wood and, like the entry door, each was meticulously installed. The guest bath opening needed to be enlarged by a couple of inches and the installers took care of this perfectly. I couldn't be happier with this upgrade.
