1905 NZ Villa Renovation
The laundry room is conveniently located in the rear entrance of the house. As we use it as the main entrance, it's doubled up as mudroom for storing shoes and boots. There is a closet to hide any items that I don't want to display to guests and a lot of open shelves for more storage. The concrete floor was paint red long time ago and for years of wear and tear, it was horrible. We repaint it all white and used the old sink but turned it to floating style to give more virtual spaces and spray paint the outside with matte black color to add interest to the space.
