Ellie K DesignThis coastal, contemporary Tiny Home features a warm yet industrial style kitchen with stainless steel counters and husky tool drawers with black cabinets. the silver metal counters are complimented by grey subway tiling as a backsplash against the warmth of the locally sourced curly mango wood windowsill ledge. I mango wood windowsill also acts as a pass-through window to an outdoor bar and seating area on the deck. Entertaining guests right from the kitchen essentially makes this a wet-bar. LED track lighting adds the right amount of accent lighting and brightness to the area. The window is actually a french door that is mirrored on the opposite side of the kitchen. This kitchen has 7-foot long stainless steel counters on either end. There are stainless steel outlet covers to match the industrial look. There are stained exposed beams adding a cozy and stylish feeling to the room. To the back end of the kitchen is a frosted glass pocket door leading to the bathroom. All shelving is made of Hawaiian locally sourced curly mango wood. A stainless steel fridge matches the rest of the style and is built-in to the staircase of this tiny home. Dish drying racks are hung on the wall to conserve space and reduce clutter.

Garden RetreatGarden Retreat have been working with Mr & Mrs M with a view to installing a garden room kitchen, and the great thing about it is it sited on a beautiful terrace that has absolutely fantastic views from the New Forest across to the Isle of Wight and to site the building it will have to be craned up onto the terrace.
The first part of the project will be to remove the old summerhouse and extend and level the base in readiness for the new building.

This contemporary garden building is constructed using an external cedar clad and bitumen paper to ensure any damp is kept out of the building. The walls are constructed using a 75mm x 38mm timber frame, 50mm Celotex and a 12mm inner lining grooved ply to finish the walls. The total thickness of the walls is 100mm which lends itself to all year round use. The floor is manufactured using heavy duty bearers, 75mm Celotex and a 15mm ply floor which can either be carpeted or a vinyl floor can be installed for a hard wearing and an easily clean option. We now install a laminated floor as a standard in 4 colours, please contact us for further details.
The roof is insulated and comes with an inner ply, metal roof covering, underfelt and internal spot lights. Also within the electrics pack there is consumer unit, 3 double sockets and a switch although as this particular building will be a kitchen there are 6 sockets.. We also install sockets with built in USB charging points which is very useful and this building also has external spots to light up the porch area which is now standard within the package.
This particular model was supplied with one set of 1200mm wide anthracite grey uPVC multi-lock French doors and one 600mm anthracite grey uPVC sidelights which provides a modern look and lots of light. In addition, it has a 900 x 400 vent window to the left elevation for ventilation if you do not want to open the French doors. The building is designed to be modular so during the ordering process you have the opportunity to choose where you want the windows and doors to be.

Elnaz Irby DesignKitchen was updated to a contemporary while warm space for the couple to entertain and cook. The glass arabesque backsplash was selected to reflect light, bright up the room, and evokes a mirage effect which was manifested in the design concept. Backsplash was endorsed by bright granite countertops, and was balanced out with warm wood floor and ceiling.
Original layout of the kitchen was kept to provide maximum amount of cabinets and counterspace. Cabinets were restored and useless cabinet compartments and drawers were modified for a better use of space. Cabinet above the range was removed for a modern wall-mounted hood and ceiling height backsplash. SS appliances and farmer sink were added and cabinet were adjusted.
Florescent ceiling lights were replaced with four recessed lights for more illumination and a clean cut look.

This is a typical conversion of a small style of a garage. (324sq only) into a fantastic guest unit / rental.
A large kitchen and a roomy bathroom are a must to attract potential rentals. in this design you can see a relatively large L shape kitchen is possible due to the use a more compact appliances (24" fridge and 24" range)
to give the space even more function a 24" undercounter washer/dryer was installed.
Since the space itself is not large framing vaulted ceilings was a must, the high head room gives the sensation of space even in the smallest spaces.
Notice the exposed beam finished in varnish and clear coat for the decorative craftsman touch.
The bathroom flooring tile is continuing in the shower are as well so not to divide the space into two areas, the toilet is a wall mounted unit with a hidden flush tank thus freeing up much needed space.

Jay-Quinones Contracting Inc.This was a complete kitchen renovation. The remodel included removing skylights and installing a two story bump up adding no square footage to the room but creating a dramatic visual even for the most discriminating designer. When you enter this kitchen your eyes wander trying to absorb the immense planning and detail that went into the renovation but ultimately you find yourself positioned under the large Theresa Maria chandelier gazing into the sky. The kitchen was designed around the 48 inch Thermador stove. The 2 story inset cabinet creation around the stove flows up into the addition creating a visual masterpiece that is only rivaled by original pieces of art works created by the likes of Van Gogh, Picasso and Rembrandt. The sink was relocated from the exterior wall and into the island so that the stove wall would be isolated and not connected any other cabinets. The 36-inch-wide refrigerator and 36-inch-wide freezer were designed and installed next to a microwave cabinet that makes heating up items as convenient as 1,2,3. The outside cabinet wall section is perfect for entertaining with the 42 inch base cabinets. The massive two-tiered island of 124 inches long is perfect for everyday family living. A farmer’s sink adds the perfect touch to this traditional design. Renovating a kitchen without ceiling detail is one of the most overlooked parts of the renovation. The amount of money spent on the renovation depends on the budget of course but I highly recommend including ceiling detail as much as one considers the tile backsplash.

Plush Design InteriorsThree small rooms were demolished to enable a new kitchen and open plan living space to be designed. The kitchen has a drop-down ceiling to delineate the space. A window became french doors to the garden. The former kitchen was re-designed as a mudroom. The laundry had new cabinetry. New flooring throughout. A linen cupboard was opened to become a study nook with dramatic wallpaper. Custom ottoman were designed and upholstered for the drop-down dining and study nook. A family of five now has a fantastically functional open plan kitchen/living space, family study area, and a mudroom for wet weather gear and lots of storage.
