Mountain Valley Guest House
This guest house was built to accommodate the future needs of the property owners. It is currently rented as a guest cottage for frequent travelers and short term tenants. With the loft located above the main sleeping quarters, it sleeps a small family! The materials used are reclaimed and considered "green" to some level! The massive chimney was built using indigenous rock, the wood floors are of a rustic reclaimed oak, and the countertops are concrete! The exterior materials were used with endurance and low maintenance in mind, i.e. the hardiplank, stainless deck rail, and standing seam roof.
