rate a well-equipped eating kitchen with both bar counter and kitchen-island, an extra pantry and a wine room.
The kitchen offers panoramic views to the East. It has its own access to the intra-residence elevator to the 2nd level of the residence and in addition on to the connecting doors to the dining area a separate entry allowing discreet access for caterers from the hallway during events.
