Residential Remodel
This is a covered patio that our clients asked us to design and build for them. It is a standard gable roof the interior of the patio is capped with aluminium and solid vinyl soffit.
Recessed lighting has been installed in the porch ceiling as well as a ceiling fan and wall sconce.
The concrete was poured over a corrugated steel deck that sits atop 8' foundation walls that make for a 25x8 basement space that will be converted to a wine cellar
