This open floor plan of this town house space we wanted to warm up the cold walls for this family complex and still keep it modern so we went with a mid century modern theme. The less bulky chairs add visual interest and adding faux greenery also adds texture to the dining room. The ladder fills the wall then competing with more art or another mirror. Another way to add shape and visual interest. We added an organic touch with texture of pillows, linen & dried plants.
