After our house burned down in the wild fires, Justin helped us move along ( as we still only had a vague idea of what we wanted but we knew we wanted to move back quick) and designed a house that fits our property and fits our living style with extra suites for when our sun & daughter visit. “We are a Design/Build/General Building Construction Company that specializes in exceptionally high energy efficient framing systems (SIPs) and green building practices for residential custom homes and remodels. We searched for a Designer that had a deeper knowledge of Green Building design when we found Geoff Williams with California Home Designs. It was a plus when we learned that he had some experience with designing with SIPs. We've been building a relationship with Geoff over the past year where he helped us complete a design in progress and met with a new client for a Design/Build project coming up. “Complete architectural and project management services. From design to completion. Our home is unique with a Spanish contemporary style. The shadows reflect differently on each area to give you a completely different feeling and atmosphere. We are comfortable with 2 people or 20 or a party for 100 due to the design.”
