“We had to call Precision Bath Design because of a remodel gone wrong. We had called 10 different companies but we were immediately impressed with how knowledgeable Josh was. He not only pointed out what we knew to be wrong with the previous companies job but other things that should have been done differently as well. They also gave us not the cheapest price, but a fair price (Living in Heathrow, companies sometimes feel they can mark up the price and PBD didn't try to take advantage in this way.) The team worked seamlessly. The demo guy was done in just one morning, yes just hours, and left the house clean. The plumber installed the piping and bathtub in less than a day. Both doing wonderful jobs. Then the installer arrived and let me tell you, Uira Pinto is the man that you want to finish the job! He is maybe the most important guy on the job because his work is what everyone will see. He poured out his heart into the tile/grout job for three full days. He worked meticulously hour after hour making sure it was perfect and it was perfect. The job he did left us astounded. The lines were perfect and the grouting not too deep or full. Grouting was entirely even. Mr. Pinto loves what he does and it show in his work. After having the bathroom redone by PBD we were so impressed we, a family of four, all kept going back to look at the wonderful job they have corrected for us.
