“We are in the process of renovating a 100 year old SF Edwardian and started on the upstairs rooms. After interviewing and meeting with several contractors we chose Lee & Co. and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. We are still amazed at how meticulous, professional and hard working everyone was and the fact that the project was finished on time-incredible! We want to thank Rob for the personal attention he gave our project and for the outstanding level of communication. We are truly impressed with the results and look forward to continuing our relationship when we get to the downstairs project.”

“Lisa and Paul’s work is spectacular! I got my laundry sink converted to a dog wash station and the end result is beautiful. The work is very clean and of high quality at a very reasonable price. I really enjoyed working with them both. I always feel a bit skeptical starting construction projects because I’ve experienced bad contractors who Change Order you to death or have lack of integrity but not with Lisa and Paul. They were very honest and transparent, used open communication about progress/timeline which I appreciated a lot. I felt like I was in great hands throughout the entire project. Overall, I had an exceptionally good experience and would definitely use Ybarra Services for more home improvement projects again.”

“Brush Strokes are doing a number of small projects for us as we purchased a home in Loomis. Demo work, painting, plastering, flooring plus will begin a 2nd small project of converting our living and family in to a more modern and functional great room. Great sense of style, willing to make recommendations, prompt, efficient, keeps the work area clean. Bonus is they have interior design services as well. Highly recommend Brush Strokes!!!”

Paul would touch base periodically with both me and his guys to ensure that there were no issues and that things were going according to plan. It didn’t take them long and they did a great job. “Ron is a professional all the way from start to finish! He has done a number of projects for me all to my satisfaction. His prices are fair and his work is quality. He’s done luxury vinyl flooring throughout my home, all new kitchen quartz countertops, cabinetry work, tile work, electrical. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!!!”
