“Absolutely loved working with GDM for my bathroom project. After meeting with a few contractors, I knew these guys were the choice for me. The proposal was far more detailed than anyone else and they handled all the buying and storing of materials. The 3d rendering was so cool, I got a chance to see how my bathroom would look before they even started. All the workers were not only friendly but knowledgeable. “I literally cannot say enough good things about Imperial Kitchens and Baths. They combined a dreadful, cramped, dated, narrow little kitchen with a wasted enclosed sunporch to create an *AMAZING* kitchen. Walls were moved, floors were torn up and replaced, mystery plumbing was discovered (and repaired *properly*I) subfloor radiant heat was installed, walls were tiled, new cabinets and counter tops were fabricated and installed, and paired with new faucets and appliances to create .. did I mention *AMAZING*? The designers understood our style and our budget, and made recommendations that brought both together to create the best possible kitchen for a cold Chicago winter morning - from the warm floors to the gleaming tile (with a stop at the built-in Miele coffee system) it is an amazing space first thing in the morning, and so open and easy to cook in it's hard to believe it's real.”

“Ilan and his team have completed 2 projects for me. The first was Oct 2021: I was in a horrible place after my new construction business flooded and drywall, plumbing, flooring and cabinetry had to be removed due to city sewer backup. After working with my landlords, insurance, and the building HOA, I was still on the hook for a significant amount for repairs. Ilan met me the day after I called and got his team started on the project almost immediately. His guys are professional, efficient, and hardworking. You cannot go wrong with this team. I am so grateful with how they helped me during this difficult period. And that I was able to get back to business! I will definitely use them again should the need arise. The 2nd project was for my home, summer 2022. His team came and repaired our etched and detailed glass shower door for a fraction of the price a glass door store quoted me. Our railing had come off and we were told we would have to replace the entire glass door for a substandard quality and a significant cost and that the railing could not be fixed. Ilan's team came and fixed the railing within a few hours. The also made repairs throughout my home, including but not limited to: concrete stairs sealing, painting, re-sealing the shower and replacing fixtures. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is reliable, transparent, and easy to get a hold of. I have had horrible experiences working with contractors, so his team is like a breath of fresh air. They will do the work until it is complete and done to your satisfaction.”
