“Ellis from Blandford & Co. helped us out when we needed some work done in our crawl space from the previous owner. It was a nasty job removing damaged insulation and rewiring of some electric lines which had become exposed. Ellis was on time, clean, professional, and incredibly well priced. He also explained everything he was doing to make sure we understood and had the opportunity to ask questions. We have not had a single issue since the repair and we feel safer because of his work. He even hung up a laundry line that had fallen for free! I wouldn't hesitate to contact Blandford & Co again for any home work I need done.”

“Pat and his son, Andy, did a very good job on all aspects of our kitchen remodel project. When started they stayed with the job until completion. The communications with Pat made sure the quality met our expectations and all of our requests for minor adjustments were met. “We hired AWS to remodel our kitchen and adjacent mud room. I like that AWS does the work themselves and doesn't have to subcontract out the work. This made the project timeframe about 1/2 compared to others we received quotes from. Another positive to having AWS do our work is that they actually send the lead contractor out to see your space, take measurements, and give input on what may or may not work in your space. This helped us from the beginning understand what might have been an unrealistic vision for our renovations (financially and feasibility of actual space). The only negative I had with AWS was with the vendors they really pushed on us. We found products to use elsewhere and are very happy with them and are even happier with what we saved. Renovations are so expensive, so it was nice to try and save some costs (but still have quality items). We have already hired AWS for another project this year and will be looking to use them again in early 2018.”

“Hired Zack Steele to put 20 windows in my home. They came quickly and we were scheduled for an install quickly as well. Price was reasonable and the workers were there on time and finished in two days which was the timeframe we were given. Would recommend this company to anyone needing windows or home remodeling work. He always returned texts or calls and helped us stay within budget.”

“My wife and I were looking to make some upgrades to our home. We spoke to quite a few contactors and remodelers but E.T. Baker construction was a no brainer. Down to earth realism was the key. He listened to what we wanted and also made recommendations on upgrades and even saved us a lot of money. We are taking on another project soon and he will be doing that as well. “We hired Green Star to do a Bathroom Remodel. Replacing our old tub with a new walk in shower. We had a small area for the tub and toilet and now we have an on suite. They were not pushy. They did everything we ask and in a timely manner. They protected our property through out the job and cleaner up every day before leaving. We have had a lot of good comments about the job and I would highly recommend them.”
