“We were unhappy with our master bathroom for years and a leak in our shower drain finally pushed us into renovation. I had noticed the opening of Designers Point in my neighborhood, so we stopped in one day to discuss our project. Both my husband and I were impressed with the service they provided. Within days, the designers visited our home and took pictures. It was obvious they had a great deal of experience in bathroom design as we discussed our preferences and design possibilities. Photos that I had entered into my idea book were viewed and those ideas were used when creating the design. After setting the budget and then approving the design, the work began in a few weeks. The workmen treated our home with respect. Coverings and dust shields were placed to contain work-related messes. In fact, all of the wood floors were covered in any area the workmen might walk on. One thing I really appreciated is the workmen showed up every day at my house and worked. They did not share my job with another, and I was not left hanging for days awaiting my turn. I cannot say enough about the workmanship and the care given to every aspect of the project. The designers showed up on a regular basis to check the progress being made, and they answered any questions or concerns that were brought up and resolved problems promptly in a professional manner. When the workmen finished the project, they cleaned the work area and even wiped down all of the floors! “I had Rafal and Sunny Construction do 2 projects on my house. 1 for a bathroom remodel and 1 smaller job to install some bathroom vent fans. Both projects came out great and I would highly recommend them! For the bathroom remodel, they took out the old tub and installed a new one and installed porcelain tiles and accents. It looks great and I am very pleased with the outcome! For the bathroom fans, they installed fans in 2 of my bathrooms and installed ducts in the attic, venting them outside. The fans work very well and I haven't had my bathroom fog up at all since they installed them. I still have stuff that I want done around my house and I will definitely keep them in mind going forward.”
