“We first met Dan and his team when he was contracted to build the soffiting for our new central hvac system in our home. Our house was built in 1853 and nothing is square, so this was not an easy task. The team of Constructive Design took a very rough looking air duct install and made it a masterpiece. The work they did looks like it was always here and a part of the house. In fact, they did such a great job that we use them whenever we need work done on our house. Since building the soffits, we have had them back to install a wooden screen door (which involved scraping 100 years of paint off the door frame, sizing the door, fitting and painting the door), fix walls that the previous owner did a terrible job spackling, fix a roof leak, and a number of other odd jobs that I did not have time to tackle myself. In short, Dan and his team are very respectful, honest, and they do great work. The best thing we got from installing our A/C system was discovering Constructive Design!”

As per someone's recommendation, we were put in touch with several companies to take on different renovation projects. If only we knew about A&E Brothers prior, it would've saved us time and headaches. Getting our bathroom remodeled was not in our original plan, but when we decided to do so, I searched long and hard for a reputable company. Lauren responded to my request immediately and scheduled Armen to do an estimate. When Armen arrived, he took a quick look at our bathroom and started thinking of ideas. He made several suggestions right on the spot and the ideas got us super excited. We met with Armen to discuss the contract and he showed us a 3D design of our bathroom, that alone looked beautiful. Since we just bought an apartment, booked other renovation projects, and were running very low on funds, Armen worked with us on our limited budget. He is one of the most genuine and friendly people you will ever meet. He is also very understanding and never pushed us towards a decision that we weren't ready to make. I fully entrusted him with our apartment, 100%. Throughout the process, Lauren continued to be of great help. She was extremely responsive to every question that I had and helped addressed any concerns that I had. My e-mails never went ignored! I wish more companies hired people like her. The bathroom was completed ahead of schedule. The whole time it was being done, we never once stepped foot into the apartment because of our busy work schedule. The first time we saw the work was when it was completed. We did our walkthrough with Armen and he even surprised us with a gift! The bathroom came out better than I expected. We cannot express our gratitude enough. I HIGHLY recommend A&E Brothers and can't wait until we save enough money to make more home improvements with them.
