“My husband and I worked with Davis Home Pro on an extensive remodel of our 2,000 sq/ft home in Orinda. We took everything down to the studs and DHP did all new electrical, plumbing, dry wall, flooring, etc. Everyone we talked to cautioned us that our project would likely go way over budget and way over schedule. To our delight, this was not the case. DHP worked within our budget and provided alternatives when we need to cut costs. They were extremely up front with us from the get go and we knew exactly how much we were spending and when we went over budget it was our choice - not because we were forced into it or misled. Perhaps more importantly (we were expecting our first baby in the middle of this project), they were ON TIME. These two factors make them 5 stars in my opinion. I would say the quality of their work is very high. We have experienced some minor issues, like doors scraping floors or counters needing additional caulking. But DHP was quick to resolve during our 1-year warranty agreement. In addition to all this, Jason, Richard, Pete and team were a pleasure to work with. Extremely pro active and really nice people. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for jobs big and small.”

“Hiring Wayne Christian to do our kitchen remodel was the absolute best decision we made in the entire project. We had to bury a 17 foot steel I-beam in the ceiling to hold up the 2nd story of our house in order to remove a wall that opened up our space. There were many obstacles in doing this, including routing of electrical, plumbing vents, and venting of our exhaust hood to the outside. Wayne always had a solution and discussed options with us. Despite the additional time involved to do some of this, he was extremely fair with change orders and we never felt "nickeled and dimed." He worked very well with other parties including the kitchen designer, the cabinet installer, and the granite fabricator/installer so that led to a minimum of problems during the job. He works alone (although sometimes with his son Andrew in the summer) so if you are looking for the fastest job, look elsewhere. But he was diligent in keeping our job moving forward with very few days that he had to go to another client/project. Wayne is a terrific person, very creative, very meticulous, and always conscious of minimizing the disruption on us. We feel he has become a friend, plus someone we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. All-in-all, it was the best experience we've ever had with a remodeling contractor. Highly recommended! “I can't say enough about what a great experience it was to work with Wei and his team! My kitchen had an unexpected leak that led to mold, which damaged our cabinets and part of the surrounding wall. After having the space cleaned and dried out, we needed to hire a contractor to handle the remodeling of the entire kitchen. There were things that I didn't like about my kitchen before this happened (light switch was in the wrong place, sink was in an awkward spot, countertop was sloping, pantry was a sad closet with only four shelves, and wall was not perfectly straight), so we took this opportunity to remodel the kitchen the way we would like it to be. Wei came out and gave us some great ideas on kitchen design and flow. Then, we went to their showroom and picked out our tiles and found such beautiful materials to work with. He was great at getting back to me whenever we had questions or concerns. We ordered our appliances through him and his crew did all of the installation. We did have a few delays, but it was due to city inspections and illness, and Wei was always great about communicating with me and sending a crew on a Saturday if they wanted to make up time. And any time I had concerns about something, he was always quick to send someone over to fix whatever needed adjustment. The work that his crews did on our home was awesome and they fixed all of those things in our kitchen that used to drive me insane! I've already referred him to my friends and will definitely hire them again when we're ready to remodel our bathrooms!”

We had a pretty extensive remodel of our kitchen, which included the removal of existing cabinets, flooring and removal of part of a load bearing wall to create an open concept.
