The restoration of this c. 1920 cottage was accomplished with the expertise and professionalism of Mr Constantino and the competent sub-contractors which he engaged. Mr Constantino's superb skills as a finish carpenter, tile setter and mason, as well as his innate good taste and technical expertise have produced wonderful results. The project included the almost total re-building of the main house: entry, living room, office-library, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; the fireplace chimney required an interior reconstruction; the large open porch has become a delightful 3-season room; and the separate garage was insulated, sheet-rocked, painted. In addition. It was evident that all of the sub-contractors hold this contractor and his associates in the highest regard. In addition, at the end of each work-day, the job-site was left in mint condition. It would be a privilege to recommend RoSal as an experienced, knowledgeable, reliable and ethical contractor.”
