“I can't say many wonderful things about Green California Builders. I wanted to built a new home and had no idea where to start in regards to design and construction permits. I heard about these guys because of my friend. I met EZ (the main project manager) after scheduling the appointment. He guided us through the entire process with ideas, advises and material selection. I liked his vision and we agree on the budget. Few days later the project started. After few months, we now have a wonderful new house. I'm so grateful to choose these guys and I recommended them 100%!!!”

Thank you so much to Guy and Decor Builders for remodeling my bathroom, I was thinking to do my bathroom for a very long time but I was really nervous about the process and didn’t know any contractor I could trust. Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. “Bill Tomrose and his entire staff, architech, contractors and suppliers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated, detailed and very friendly men and women to work with, throughout the 9 months of our kitchen, dining room, family room and downstairs guest bathroom! The end results are way beyond what we could have dreamed!! Bill and everyone kept us very informed and on budget through evey detail. Their knowledge of timing and permit experience really made a difference in the completion of our remodel, Our homes photos are in Bills gallery of photos and they should be seen!:)”

“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“Can't say how much I love working with them. Nick and Bill are so straightforward, they have tons of experience, and a great eye for design. They are a father/son team and both have great things they bring to the table. They did a whole home gut + addition + remodel for us, and the craftsmanship on our house was wonderful. They have been around a long time, and make the construction process easy (as easy as it can be :) We're really happy we found them, and love our new house”
