“My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. I highly recommend him, I also started recommending him my friends. I will 100% contact him even if I have a small project in the future, Thank you Prestige Design and Build for Beyond Expectations.”

“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“They did a great job. They were very professional and clean. They adhere to the rules of the co op I live in and took out the garbage after they finished. They did they job in a timely fashion and were okay with changes I had proposed. I like the job that they did. I would and have recommended them to family and friends.”
