“We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.”

“A water leak in the kitchen wall resulted in mildew damage to our cabinets. GH3 was retained to work with the mildew remediator to dissemble to cabinets, open the wall for leak repair. Some of the cabintes needed to be rebuilt. This took place in our winter home in FL while we were 1500 miles away in the NE. These guys are professionals, high quality, and responsive to our needs. Kept us informed every step of the way by e-mail and phone and also worked with our insurance company on the claim. We would recommend them highly.”

“This is our 4th renovation project using Preferred Builders and have been extremely pleased with every one. The owner Louis George is very detailed oriented and knowledgeable about construction and design. This last project was a condo remodel where we took down a wall opening the view. We had tray ceilings built with recessed lighting. We installed a fireplace with lighting and installed lighted panels to the entrance foyer. Louis worked well within the condo construction guidelines and restricted timeframe. Workmanship is of the highest quality.”

The owner is a great listener and worked diligently with my wife and I to insure our complete satisfaction, offering his guidance and help whenever .
